I recently dined at liberty house on 02/14/2022, I surprised my fiancé for Valentine's Day. I am writing this letter to express my concerns with the restaurant. We were expecting to have a marvelous experience but that was far from what we received. Given the amount of money spent, I was expecting a superb experience. Our drinks were sent back twice, the waiter didn't convey the order properly to the bartender. Our entrée had lemon seeds in the pasta. Filet mignon was cooked incorrectly, both of our filets were hard as rocks. Lastly, we were given someone else's dessert order. We didn't even bother sending it back, because at this point of the evening we just wanted to get out of there. Given that there was a preset menu for Valentine's Day, I wasn't expecting so many errors. I am not one to complain, but when I'm spending $300 on diner for two it becomes extremely irritating. I'm writing this for the sole purpose of principal. I hope Liberty house steps up their game for the rest of the customers that dine there, because My fiancé and I will not support this business any longer. We will not be returning customers. Liberty house should return a full refund. Resolution Sought I'd like to receive a full refund.
