This company has been harassing me nonstop, I told them I was canceling my auto insurance because they kept raising my premiums, so I went with State farm, as of May 2, 2025, I let liberty mutual know this, and they keep harassing me and telling me they want proof that I have auto insurance, I don't have to prove anything to them, Michigan is a no fault state, plus I have a vehicle loan and have to have car insurance, it is not like I am making it up, I want no further contact from them and I am not paying them nothing, they were informed that I was canceling. Resolution Sought I would like this company to stop harassing me. I do not owe them nothing and I canceled this policy on May 2, 2025.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with Not happy, liberty mutual is still trying to charge me, and I had told them I wanted to cancel this policy, and I have a new insurance carrier, all they did was overcharge me the whole time I had my auto insurance through them

Consumer alleges your company has not paid for the damages caused to his vehicle by your client. Consumer was involved in a car accident with your customer on 12/14/2024 who also hit a telephone pole. He was originally offered money to repair it however when customer mentioned about the telephone pole, he was told you had to wait until Frontier filed a claim to see how much the damages were. He has no car to use, it is sitting outside of his home. His vehicle is not drivable. Consumer wants your company to pay for the damages on his 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid.
