Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Michael Sawyer, owner of this business, breached written gaurentee in regards to my 2019 tax return. Due to his neglect in returning calls, and inability to recollect, or follow up with IRS, as the gaurentee states, I am still awaiting my 2020 return; I was declared deceased by the IRS. It took me two months to get through to the IRS, and verified my identity with SSA. I allege tax preparer, Sarah Bosanko, tax preparer made an error in filing my return, (Bond#CA 787632,) which has caused me severe financial, and emotional distress. I could not electric file my 2020 tax return, instead had to mail it, due to this gross error; my tax return was rejected at minimal 8 times. Mr Sawyer lacks common customer service, and is argumentative, and full of excuses. I'm concerned he cannot "remember" to call me in regards to this matter, as well as details of this issue. Resolution Sought I am requesting a refund for my 2019 tax return prepared by Sarah Bosanko. I believe I did not receive the service that I was gaurenteed. Instead I handled it myself, so I should get paid for my work, not vice versa.
