On April 13 I went to Liberty to file taxes. All I had was social security, my mortgage statement, and registration for two vehicles. The office manager who filed my taxes the the previous 3 years said she thought I didn't have to file and she would have the girls look at my info. This was the fourth time there and she was the only one there every time. Of course I left my phone number. Five weeks later I had heard nothing. On my phone I would check and it would say they were open 9 to 9. I would call and they would never answer. I drove there several times and nobody ever there. June 8 I call headquarters and told the young lady my dilemma 800 515 8051. She contacted the manager and I received a call the next day. She said she would be at the office at 6pm and I could get my tax information. I was there at 5 30 till 6 30. No show no call no answer. Her number 775 336 2335.I left a voicemail, I was angry but no cursing or berating. June 12 call at 6am and I was told they would call her. Later that day I call back. The young lady I spoke with said she would email her boss. I haven't heard anything since. All I want is my very very important tax information. I have no idea she won't contact me. Please help Thank you. Sincerely Resolution Sought Please contact me so I can get my social security and mortgage statements. Registration for my vehicles would be nice also. She had no reason to do this , I want to know why.
