Over Estimate, Miss reading gas meter when thermostat is off, Due to no one home, After re-read it was discovered wrong number didn't match reading on the Bill now I have 3 different bill 2 due this month Feb 5, $51.16 & Feb 14, $150.97. I have bring Complaining pass 4 year OVER CHARGING EXSPECIALLY WHERE NOT IN USE Resolution Sought Stop Estimating walk around the house get in front and Read the Meter Correct the wrong doing back pay give me Credit account during Winter months because 90 of time I stay with my Lady my heater not running Thermostat is OFF position. When I do stay overnight I have a Electric heater and Electric Blanket in November weekend around Thanksgiving my Lady friend cook dinner after that a couple of days we leave, I turn off heater the Thermostat in Off position .

I opened a new account in May 2021. I paid a $180 deposit which they said would be credited back to me after two years of payments. I have called several times inquiring about the credit and I'm told something different each time. This last time I called they said they were transferring me to a "lead" and then hung up on me. Nobody has called me back. Resolution Sought Give a refund
