They are ripping off immigrants. They supposedly pay the bond so that an immigrant can be released from detention to be with their families instead of languishing in detention while their case drags on in court. They ask you put up 20% of the amount of bond. Well that is the set up fee but when you call and inquire they lie and say that if you can pay 20% they will pay the rest for you. Only later do you discover that not only are you paying 20% of the bond up front they tag on their own made up fees which is no less than an additional 1000. So that you do not run you get an ankle GPS which costs $420 a month. None of that goes towards payment of bond. If your court lasts 3 years you could have paid them over or almost 3 times the amount of your bond in fees for the GPS and you must still repay your bond. They use all sorts of tricks example they charge for late payment and nonpayment. Forget to contact them or to charge your device or even update them on your contact information there is a fee for that. Miss court date will charge for that. They are fleecing immigrants taking their money under false pretense and instead of refunding money paid for the bond they deduct their fees so that even if you had been paying towards the bond you get no money back. Prefer arbitration when it comes to disputes because they are cheap and do not want to be exposed for what they are CROOKS. Currently not allowed to do business in New York and Louisiana Buyer beware.
