I ordered a hat from Lids Hat Drop back on February 27,2024. It was delivered on March 4, 2024. The total purchase was 52.38. I'm disputing 42.38 as I don't expect them to reimburse shipping. I liked the hat I ordered, but was able to find my correct size in a regular Lids store. The one I ordered was going to be a bit small but I was going to accept it and live with it before finding right right size in store. I reached to Lids HD on Instagram and asked how to return. I then learned a Lids HD store was opening near me in St. Louis. March 1 I was told I could not return to a regular Lids store as they are two separate businesses. This was told via Instagram message from Lids HD. March 4 I asked same account how to return with no response. I asked March 23 if I could return to new store and got response they were looking into it. Followed up March 27,28, and 29 with no response. April 1 Christian Sanchez told me on his Instagram he sent email to see about store return. I followed up April 6 with no no response after he read. I found an email on website and asked how do I return. They said I had to use online portal. Issue is portal says I've had item for 30 days and cannot return any longer. I asked Christian to work with his team to follow up on getting my hat returned. Again read with no response. I've been trying for a month to return. I want my money back. And for the hassle would live even shipping refunded. Order number was LHD170737 Resolution Sought Fully refund my purchase including shipping and tell me how to return the hat.
