Mother was prescribed a narcotic sleep agent. It is the policy of the office she receive a hand written script. She was seen on the 16th of december. Since then numerous phone call later on the 23rd of december, they finally said to come and pick the script at the office, after telling her to check with the pharmacy numerous times.
