I will book elsewhere! This is a poor way to operate a business.

I booked an appointment with this facility six weeks in advance. I called two weeks after my booking to confirm the details. Two days before my daughter's appointment, I received a text confirming my appointment. Today, just hours before my daughter's appointment I received a message that I need to reschedule my appointment because the provider is no longer taking new patients. This is not indicated anywhere on the website. When I called to get clearer information, the lady answering the phone was unprofessional and rude. She told me as soon as I stop talking she would explain to me what was happening. Instead of hanging up on me she just put me on hold. This complaint should be noted.
