We got a roof put on by this company and payed what we owed after roof was installed, finance lady explained to me that 1115.00 was still owed from insurance company and that they would collect the debt. I have folder with all the figures and took note of all of this. Got a summons today in the mail!!!! I am highly upset and will fight this. Don't do dealings with this company cause they don't know what there doing! Resolution Sought Collect money from the insurance company like they said they were going to do!!!!!

They were hired by us to do a complete Roof replacement. They caused numerous damages to our house and garage in the process. They never informed us of any damages, just left our property without a word. No walk through was done at the close of the job. We repeatedly had to call them to repair things they had done. After we had several people from their company repeatedly come out , they took pictures numerous times of the damages their team caused from a hole in our bedroom ceiling, a hole in the hallway ceiling, a hole in our siding, broke our garage door and damages to our garage, lost two of our gable vents that went at the the top of each gable on two sides of our house, and left half of the wood and old roof in our attic which a member of their team finally had to come and remove. It took them almost 3 1/2 months to fix damages then we then found out they never pulled a permit for our house which they told us not to worry about because they take care of all that. The roof never looked right to us. Shingles completely lifting up and bunched up on our roof. We kept inquiring and they would send people but never really fixed it. We finally called the city of Springfield inspector to come and check our roof to which we found out from the directions for these shingles the nail placement and the cut of the shingles were not done right which can void out our warranty and allow water to get under the shingles and ruin them. Charged for more OSB board then used too Resolution Sought We want the money we have already paid given back to us so we can get a reliable roofing company to re-do the mess they have caused. We have missed numerous days of work because of having to meet with them, paid $90 for a roof inspection and spent too much of our time on phone calls trying to get this remedied. It has caused a lot of stress and upset in our lives. We are senior citizens and live on a budget and I feel we were taken advantage of from the beginning. Thank you.
