Hello, I have been trying to contact LightRX and receive my money back for several Months and I haven't received a call back or respond to an email. Please assist. Resolution Sought Refund my money

Mrs. Mervet completed all purchased treatments in September 2023. We do not guarantee results and that is stated on both our website, and consent form, which was signed by Mervet. There is no refund due.

I am dissatisfied with the outcome. I believe their advertisement is fraudulent. I have before and after pictures to prove that nothing has changed. I am still requesting a full refund.

We have spoken to Mervet and have let her know that there is no refund for completed services. We do not have a guarantee on any of our treatments and that is noted on our website and in our consent forms. It is also important that the treatment protocol is followed in order to achieve best results and maintain the results. There is no refund due. It has been 2 years since Mervet has been in our clinic.
