I had purchased a engine from this company with a warranty. I explained to the company the engine that was sent to me buy (Lightning Salvage) was a bad engine. The engine was still under warranty and was ready for return. I was told in a paper contract that the part under warranty could be sent back as long as I have proof proving the engine with photos and surveillance describing details of issue but instead of working with me to solve the issue they have not responded to any recent emails phone calls or reach outs. I am currently out of a vehicle because of this discrepancy. I currently still have the engine that was sent to me by this company at my mechanic shop. Its been since June of having this problem with this company shortly after payment was maid. They took down there location information off their website for me to get in contact with them. Resolution Sought I would like help seeking full reimbursement. Also I would like to help prevent this from happening to other people seeking help from this company with legal help and advice. I want a fair yet firm outcome.

We sorry for the inconvenience, In order for the engine to be returned the yard needs a video of the engine running or trying to start, or any evidence of a bad engine. Then we can have it picked up. Video can be emailed to sales@lightningsalvagenetwork.com and we will send to the yard.

I have received one response from company previously since I filed a complaint thinking the company wants to compensate or make an agreement but there has been no changes. I would like to continue further about this discrepancy.
