Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Fido and like wise device protection should be illegal, they made me return my device that I had paid $300 for they never said it was a deductible, I summitted a claim because my phone was lost, a couple days later a kind human returned it to me. It's been 4 months no service No ?? phone Now I'm suppose to just swallow it up buttercup . I've been paying $100 a month for the last 4 months that I haven't been able to use . I couldn't even imagine to express the run around I've gotten for months . Everyone always saying something new This will be fixed in a couple days turned into months . This is BAD BUSINESS The employees at both establishments were VERY rude and Down right Nasty Especially likewise Corporate care . No Empathy At all. Resolution Sought I want them to give me my phone back that I paid for or give me a refund on the protected device THAT I pay INSURANCE for & give me a $400 credit on my bill & have the President CEO of Fido call me & Likewise They need to train there staff better and remodel there face and attitude. Bad Bussiness
