I ordered flowers to be delivered to an address. Gave the recipient's name and number what floor she worked on and suite number. It has been 3 days and it's still not delivered. Only contact I've had with is through email and now that has stopped. Resolution Sought I would like a refund and this business get a negative mark against them.
