I called Lincare back in the beginning of August, and ask them if they could get everything I needed if I switched companies to them. I needed an oxygen concentrator, a backup tank for Emergency, to go tanks, a portable oxygen concentrator, and BiPAP supplies. Little by little one by one things started coming in one at a time. I was told what the policy was on getting a portable oxygen concentrator. 3 months of using at least eight tanks. I have done my time, (5 ½ months) , I have gone through at least a hundred tanks I have called this company several times, I have spoke with two managers (Michelle and Alisha) , and I still do not have a portable oxygen concentrator. They don't know when they'll have any in. They've known I've needed one since August. Cannot get management to abide. Management keeps refusing to call me back when I ask for return calls. This is life sustaining equipment, there is no excuse for the unprofessionalism that Lincare has. I have Lupus, Degenerative disc, pulmonary hypertension, & Rhum arthritis, the e tanks are causing harm to my ribs, back & shoulders. I need a POC asap!! Resolution Sought I would like it if Lincare would make this right immediately, and get there Management in shape so others don't have to go through this also. When you're sick this is the last thing you need is to fight with a company that you need their product from.

For the past week and a half my son has not been able to properly use his feeding pump since he cannot eat by mouth with his trach. I have been trying to get them to call their staff to replace a feeding pump but they will not deliver or communicate. Son is missing his calories and is causing medical negligence Resolution Sought Deliver a feeding pump for my handicap child
