Own a Honda pilot had a wreck in November of 2023 they keep pushing the date back by 2 weeks every time the due date comes up for it to be done they keep saying my part is on back order and have no idea when they will get it in. My insurance company is refusing to pay anymore on a rental car so I had to go buy another car so now I'm paying 2 car payments a month and have no idea when I'll get my pilot back. Honda should not sale cars if they can't get car parts. And Westfield insurance should cover rental car longer. I thought that's why you pay full coverage. Resolution Sought Should resolve issue with my car parts or buy back my car. Shouldn't be responsible for there negligence of not having parts for it.
