I have short and long term with Lincoln Financial. I had a stroke on March 21, 2023. I applied for my short term disability The first 2 checks came delayed. I contacted Lincoln in May and June. 1st the Drs. Note they were not satisfied with my Dr.doesnt recommend I return to work. They did accept it they needed treatments and Drs. Progress notes I sign an authorization paper allowing my Dr. To release my medical records. My Dr. faxed it they claim they didn't approve it because of no dates. So I waited and waited. than I call my HR at Merrimack County she called them they told her I needed a form for them to approve my 2nd part of short term They sent her a form I had it faxed to my Dr. to fill it out and they were asked to fax it to Lincoln. As of this time I haven't heard any thing I email them several times call them several times with no response They don't bother getting a hold of me. I called them today talked with a woman got no results. I am a single woman recovering from a stroke with just my income which I don't have any now. I got short/long disability because of this reason. With car payment house payment gas groceries utilities etc. I can pay any of them now. Thank you for taking your time reading this. Resolution Sought Tell them get there fingers out of there a** and start paying me. my money is good enough to receive but they don't like to pay out

I called Lincoln 2x's the week of 7/13 & 7/14 to go over my pension paperwork ( a huge packet) took 40 minutes- before overnighting it, to Lincoln to meet the deadline to receive my pension by August, according to their specific instructions. They got it at 10:30a.m. on 7/14. Notified me this a.m. 7/18 that they needed a form notarized- one they said over the phone- I DID NOT need to send. I asked could they email the form? " We don't have access to email" they said. ?? So now, since they could only mail it, "seven to ten business days" I will have to wait until September for my pension. I am retired. I asked to speak w/ a supervisor, & after being put on hold, said none was available. I asked for a callback at least 3 hours before they closed. No return call though she said she sent an email- ( guess customers can't use their email.) I have called at least 5 times about this issue and I'm angry and they were very aware. I did not yell or get ugly. I did cry. Resolution Sought Give me my pension by August as agreed upon. I told them it was going to be a hardship not to get it by then.
