My life insurance company refuse to pay my death benefits that is an active policy number 13512995. I contacted them on multiple occasions and every document they requested I provided to them and it's a never ending story. My husband passed away on October 29, 2022 and this matter remains unresolved. I've contacted my human resource department through my job at American Red Cross. Ann said that Michelle from Lincoln financial was supposed to issue a payment last year. Michelle excuse for not issuing a payment is because of an error with the address. It went from I missed a payment to I'm off work on a work injury to file an appeal. This has caused me more stress than anyone can go through on top of losing there spouse of twenty three years. Resolution Sought I want my policy paid which I was never paid for $10,000 with interest with a public apology. Lincoln financial group phone number is 888 787-2129
