I placed an order and canceled once I realized the product was smaller than led to believe. I was told my refund would be processed in 10-12 business days. This was 11/8/24 and I still haven't received my refund. I need your assistance in making this company issue my refund immediately. Resolution Sought I want my money refunded immediately
