I bought a doll from this company at first I was told as soon as it was shipped i would be given a tracking number I was given a tracking number to someone else in Kentucky I live in Alabama so I asked what the problem was never got another number but was asked to pay a extra 100 dollars and they would ship it again long story short I never received package or refund they scammed me even using my pay pal account and they won't even fix this problem but they back this company that's the only reason I bought it through them cause they promise I would get my money back if not delivered Resolution Sought Refund me my money all I want is what's mine
