The staff in this establishment was completely rude and disgusting. I was washing my clothes and my clothes came out the washing machine with white debris all over . I went to speak with the worker she ignored me when I first came to the door. I had to knock twice before she completely turned and paid attention. Then I asked her to come to see what my issue was begrudgingly came out the room. When I showed her my clothing was messed up I asked her what could be done she immediately said it was my fault. She insisted that I had tissue that was washing with my clothes. I proceeded to take all my clothes out the washer machine to show her that indeed there was no tissue and to show her how many pieces of my clothing was messed up. She walked away without saying a word. I called out to her asking what can be done she kept walking. She finally comes back and begins taking pictures of my clothing and still doesn't address me. She proceeds to keep texting away in her phone. I spoke to her again asking what can be done and is she going to pay to rewash my clothes because it was ruined on their account . She said my manager said no and no longer spoke with me. This is completely disheartening because I go to this laundromat every week and to be treated as though I wasn't a loyal customer and simple human being was hurtful. I communicated and was just disregarded on multiple occasions I even asked to speak to the manager which again I still did not receive any response. Resolution Sought I would like them to hire professionals with better customer service. I would like them to listen. I would like respect and work on their problem solving skills.
