I purchased a Camaro 2021 from Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge Virginia, 3 week ago. They kept the car for almost 3 weeks to put a ceramic coating on it, I paid $996 for this service. I am very unhappy with the work they did and it was done two times by a company they deal with directly. The car was left with swirls and light scratches on trunk, hood and on certain parts of the car. After the second time they tried to fix the mistakes, it came out even worse. The dealership is refusing to repaint the car, I am requesting for it to be repainted, because of having to buff it a 3rd, would lower the quality of the paint of this brand new car we paid for. The dealership also blamed it on the car being black, this is why we are requesting an outside body shop of our choice. We wanted to leave the car, until we could speak to the general manager & they would not let us. So, we are contacting you guys for assistance to get justice. Resolution Sought I want my car professionally repainted, at there expense and at a professional body shop. They don't do business with. I am willing to give them 3 estimates to pick from and I would like them to cover the cost of the car payment for the 3 weeks they held my car and the time it take last to have it fixed correctly as well. I also want to be reimbursed for the ceramic coating I paid them for, which was $996. I want my car, the way a brand new car should look like. Not much to ask for.
