Dealt with Ryan at Line-X difficult to get on the phone nearly impossible never responded to emails until I made dozens of calls and finally he responded we mistakenly placed an order for a customization of a 4x4 vehicle about $2,000 was in the process of ordering more parts and services for other seven company vehicles finally decided because we can't get anybody on the phone nobody responds to emails nobody responds to letters to cancel the order still couldn't get them on the phone even though I spoke to secretaries mechanical staff finally I had to call the owner which is kazar collision he promised 2 weeks the refund would be in the mail six weeks later we didn't receive it tried to call in the owner was on vacation of course nobody answers over it Line-X incompetence mismanagement lack of Staff finally turned it over to a lawyer and started a credit card refund process. My advice don't do any business with them because if they're not going to take care of you when they're getting your money after they get your money they're going to ignore you even more that's my experience I've also spoke to dozens of other four by four enthusias such as myself and they have the same experience mismanagement understaffed incompetence and the follow-up customer service is basically non-existent when we looked up the reviews it's basically friends and family that posted reviews of a positive nature. Not actual customers. Dishonest yes. If you want to have a nightmare customer experience Resolution Sought Online will get our $2,000 refund through the credit card process you cannot get anything out of the company they're incompetent dishonest mismanaged.
