Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I'm being charge for 6 month $1.17, for taxes they said that wasn't taken out, but it's not my issues,they have rise my phone bill up for this to $82.86 from 57.00 a month,I feel they are misleading customer. Resolution Sought I'm not responsible for there mistakes or problems,I'm not wiling to pay that bill.
