I'm being charge for 6 month $1.17, for taxes they said that wasn't taken out, but it's not my issues,they have rise my phone bill up for this to $82.86 from 57.00 a month,I feel they are misleading customer. Resolution Sought I'm not responsible for there mistakes or problems,I'm not wiling to pay that bill.

They told me that they were taking over AT&T billing accounts transferred my account to lingo. I have a terminated fee of $320.00 from AT&T. Resolution Sought Get my money back.

We have spoken with this customer by phone and apologized for the confusion and that he felt mislead. The customer has agreed to keep his service with Lingo and we will credit his account for the $320.00 ETF fee incurred from AT&T. The customer is sending copy of the invoice. That amount will be credited once the invoice is received.
