Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I paid for the course and completed several sections of the course. My schedule at work changed and did not allow me to continue the studies so I wrote and asked for them to freeze my account for 3-months. This is a service they said they offered if you simply email them. I never heard back. When I was able to continue studying, my course completion time had already passed, but another service they offered was an extension for a small fee if you reach out to them. I reached out to them, but did not hear back. I have since reached out again, but of course, have not heard back. Resolution Sought Reactivate my course so I can continue with my certificate program is what I prefer. If this is not an option, I would like a refund.
