I bought a 2016 Chrysler 300 a few months ago from Linnehans Right Away in Ellsworth, Maine. In the first few weeks I brought it back several times. The first time being that the breaks were squeeling & they put new break pads on it. Then it was shaking anytime I pushed the breaks so brought it back they put new rotors in half the car.. then a couple weeks later my brand new tires in the back were COMPLETELY bald, 0 tread on them. They aligned it & put new tires on. Now I took it to go get tinted & the tint guy said I have a major problem, there's a huge crack in the back passenger side fender because the car had been in an accident prior to me owning it. They bondode it & did a terrible job because it's now cracking, rusting and going to fill with water & bubble out. Now my front breaks are giving my problems again shaking anytime I hit the breaks. I'm only 4 months into owning this car and it's been nothing but problems, on top of being over charged for the car by 6000$ at least.. which I didn't realize until after. I feel completely violated, I was clearly taken advantage of being a young girl & not being entirely educated on cars. I feel nothing gets taken care of no matter how many times I bring it back & im just not sure what steps to take next. I've always checked into the Maine lemon laws but am also not sure how to begin that process as well or who to contact. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Resolution Sought I'd like for the business to go good for & completely fix all of the problems the car is having, or put me in a vehicle that is worth the 27,000$ I'm paying for it.

The customer purchased her vehicle from us on March 7th, and has had a few complaints. First about noise from the breaks and then a break pulsation. We addressed all of the complaints that she has had including new brakes, new headlight bulbs, and even 4 new tires. Throughout all of our repairs, we provided her with a loaner vehicle, and always waived the $100 deductible that would be part of her warranty. As far as the more recent complaint of possible prior body work, we have offered to the customer to bring it in so we can have our body shop inspect it. No prior damage was disclosed to us when we purchased it, or on the Autocheck history report that we ran. As far as the vehicle values, we are right in line with the JD Power book values both when we sold it to her, and even currently.
