Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I shop on their rising auctions and I've been on stuff all the time I want a leather purse for $31 it clearly states I want it has me with winter and stars beside it but then when I go to pay for it they said I didn't win it somebody else did this happens all the time when it's a high dollar item they always come up with an excuse either it was damaged or I didn't win at somebody else did the little cheap stuff you get all the time. This is the 3rd time this has happened enough is not enough no wonder there is so many complaints against this company. Resolution Sought Give me what I won. I won it fairly
