Fix the ATM. It has had this problem for over 6 months. Open the drive thru window during normal banking hours.

ATM will not allow paynents. I've had this problem for 6 months or longer. Same problem with other family members. I've called Hamilton, spoke in person at Russellville, called Sheffield, talked to the man working on the ATM at Sheffield. The Hamilton drive thru window is closed. There is no
Hope after hours for payments or deposits. You put in money, it returns the money without depositing. I called, I was told that some people could use the ATM, and it was my card. The card is not causing the money to be returned after it is successfully inserted in the slot. The ATM needs fixed, or the drive thru window opened. I have no trouble with the ATM's at Winfield, RussellVille, or other locations.
