I bought a truck from lithia. I refinanced my car to make a down payment on the truck. They told me that the $2360 would show on my final finance paperwork. This did not happen. I am missing $2360 off my truck payment. They refuse to provide paperwork to me of any breakdown of the payment. I was also told when I bought my extended platinum warrantee on my car that I would never have to make a copayment on anything that needed to be fix. That was a lie. I had my a/c compressor replaced and was charged a co payment. This company lies and cheats people. I want my paperwork showing that my $2360 went to my truck and I want the warrantee paperwork that I never received. They did not provide me with any paperwork at all Resolution Sought I want a refund of the $2360 or paperwork showing me that my payment did in fact go toward the truck. I want a copy of my warrantee paperwork. I also want a copy of the hand written agreement that they drew up before they typed ot all up. The hand written agreement has all the agreed upon terms they did not honor

I bought a car from them in December that had undisclosed damage and initially tried contacting the salesman who wouldn't help me. Fought with them trying to figure things out with them until finally speaking with GMs there. They brought me a loaner and had my car for 2 weeks after which a driver contacted me to let me know what time he'd have my car back since it's a 6 hour drive. Only 1 of the problems on the vehicle was fixed and I had to call to talk to the service department to find out what was even done. I got my car back making a worse noise than it left with and the dealership knew I couldn't afford the repairs when they sold me the car. Resolution Sought I want the car fixed and in the condition I was told it was in when it was sold to me. The new noise it's making needs to be checked out, the autostart fixed, and the door needs to be fixed.

We received a call from the customer saying her car was having issues and that it had damage from delivery. We sent a driver with a trailer 6.5 hours away to pick up her car and we gave her a car to drive at no charge, while we inspected her vehicle. After inspection we came to the conclusion that everything was running and working fine. We did find the customer had driven the vehicle thousands of miles over the recommended oil change interval, so we did an oil change for no charge. When seeing the extensive damage on her vehicle when it arrived, we pulled the pictures of the vehicle when it was here on the lot. We quickly realized that the customer had wrecked the vehicle and was wrongfully accusing the dealership of this damage. We delivered the customer's vehicle back to her residence and picked up our loaner vehicle. The customer had promised not to smoke in the loaner vehicle; however, the vehicle was smoked in heavily and required an expensive smoke removal process.
