I called lithia 11/01/2022 I was calling to see what my warrant covers because my van 2011 Volkswagen was making noises and I had a computer to read what was wrong. My transmission is going out. When I called lithia in Helena they kept passing me around from person to person not wanting to answer me. So Ramon i spoke with at the dealership in Helena said," yes your transmission is covered, but you can call Lithia in Great falls, MT. To help you." Which I thought it has to be the dealership where I bought the vehicle from. So he hung up. I called Great Falls Lithia, they said Helena lithia needs to work with you, but we're willing to help. But then I call Mopar warrant where my warrant was from. They said my warranty only covers 4 oil changes with in 3 years and I have to paid out of pocket because it only covers 25 dollars. They said that warrant shouldn't be 3799. Should only cost 900. So I called back lithia in helena and they don't want to speak to me or discuss my vehicle because that's the warranty everyone purchases. Mopar said they need to make it right. I purchased a vehicle from them in November of 2020. I didn't know they were over charging me 3,799.00 for a warranty that only covers 4 oil changes that are cap at 25.00 anything over I pay out of pocket. Now I have a vehicle that the transmission going out and paid for a warrant that wasn't a warrant. With lithia in Helena saying yes at first you'll be covered to replace your transmission. Then not returning my call Resolution Sought Make things right and charge me the right price for my warranty. Not 3799 for 4 oil changes with in 3 years. They should stick with there world and saying yes my transmission was covered they'll fix it.
