I bought my keep a little over a month ago In Medford it is a used Jeep and it's beautiful. | live in Grants Pass so I thought I could take it in to have service done at the Grants Pass Location. I was hoping they could check my battery or at least drop it off there until someone could look at it. I understand that It was Friday at 4:30. I was not expecting service on the spot. The service Manager Asked me where did you buy your car I said in Medford he continued to tell me I suggest you take it back there. After telling me this about 4 times I got upset he said you come in at 4:30 and demand to get this fixed. I said no I would like to drop it off can I get a rental car. He said absolutely not. He said take it back to where you bought it. I called him an a-hole he said excuse me I said it again. He said don't Ever bring your vehicle back here again. I said don't worry I won't. As I was pulling out he said. I HOPE YOU GET INTO AN ACCIDENT ON THE WAY HOME... yep that's what he said. I am filing a complaint against the assistant Service Manager Wes. Resolution Sought I want an apology letter.

Damaging and Non professional repair was made. Electrical components were exposed to the elements and front header shroud was damaged intentionally, during the process which now needs to be replaced. I attempted to have them take it back and repair the damage they did, when I asked for a different technician to preform the inspection, It was suggested by Wes, the service manager to take it some where else, so I did as he suggested. As indicated by the technicians notes, No electrical testing procedures were fallowed. Only a physical inspection was preformed. Attempted to file a complaint to Lithia corporate office but my complaint was opened, investigated and closed without them talking to me or letting me know any action was being taken. I recently called them and they said there was nothing I can do except call a lawyer. When trying to reason with them they refuse to talk with me and disconnect the call. The initial fee was $175 for testing and inspection, the part they damaged is $125 and 2hr of labor to replace. Resolution Sought Help others to avoid taking there vehicles to Lithia for repair.

Per consumer states; Please be advised that I have examined the pictures of the damages and have concluded that this was not the fault of Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Also, please note that the services rendered were still non-professional and the staff was unreasonable. However, I would like to close this claim at this point.
