I called them to tell them they gave me thick crust yet they charged me for thin crust and when I asked for it they said I had to bring the pizza back and I said I just drove there I'm not going to drive back I can take a picture and show it to you if you'd like and she said no we have to have the pizza back in order to give you the right pizza and I'm like I just got home I'm feeding the kids I have no choice but to feed him this and then I have to leave to be at work I don't have time to come back and give you the pizza I could take a picture of the pizza gladly and bring it to you tomorrow or bring it to you when I get off of work and she said no they have to have the pizza back and I was like well what am I supposed to do is far as feeding my kids before I go to work she's like well that's our policy and that's our rules and then I was like well then I'll just report you to a better business bureau since you can't get your stuff correct and she's like I can't help you no more goodbye and hung up on me. Resolution Sought They need to listen better and do as people ask I ask the guy three times and he claimed he did that and he did not and the lady was rude I think that I should get reimbursed for the pizza or have a new one on the books for next time.
