Back on January 31st 2022 I was in the hospital here in Oklahoma City with a cracked right hip. I live by myself and friends took care of my dogs and duplex rental home while I was in the hospital. On January 31st 2022, I looked up a loan company because I couldn't make all of my rent of 800.00. Little Lake Lending Loan Company popped up on my cell phone. I called them and talked to them concerning a loan in the amount of 500.00. This took place solely by my cell phone. They did not say the percentage of interest and I was so scared and so desperate I took the loan. The next day the money was in my checking account. The payments of 140.61 started on March 3rd 2022. As soon as my Social Security came in the amount of 140.61 came out. I have been paying the loan since through October 2022. I have paid them to date 1124.98. I found out last week when I called them to substantially reduce my payments that they are charging 720 percent to 795 percent interest on this loan. I never received any paperwork nor anything over my little cell phone concerning this matter. I feel certain that I have been taken. The only thing they would do is defer one payment being November. I told them to proceed with the deferment but if I could not work something out that I would default. I live on 1255.00 Social Security a month. 800.00 of that is rent. I'm scared to death and at this point I have stopped payment on this loan through my bank. All I have is my small checking account. Resolution Sought Leave me alone and I feel that I have paid them 2 times plus of what I borrowed. Can they garnish my Social Security? That is scaring me to death as that is all I have. I am 76 and disabled. I can't get around without a walker or wheelchair. This can be verified. While also making this loan because I feel so stupid I was also on heavy medication. This also can be verified. Please help.

They say that I have the loan that was taken out back in March. That I owe $637.88. I do not take any loan in March. I couldn't have because all of my credit reports are frozen or locked. It means they would have call and confirmed my information. Which they haven't. Resolution Sought Make stop asking for money.
