I purchased tickets in December for a concert that happened 03/08/2023. I followed the link from where i purchased the tickets to open the ticket with Live Nation. The tickets were not showing up in the account and it also directed me to Ticketmaster where they did not show up either, I have spent hours trying to call or email live nation and Ticketmaster and have had no luck in finding any contact information. When i purchased these tickets I also purchased ticket insurance thru Allianz and i submitted a claim and it was denied because my reason for not attending was not listed under a covered reason. Order number 54-56054/NEV Resolution Sought I want my full refund of the ticket purchase that was $89.32 plus the insurance for two tickets which totals $125.

I ordered tickets in January 2020. Needed refund of ONE ticket. Requested the refund & was granted one....to a debit card for a bank that no longer exists. I've been emailing the initial company & parent company probably for about a year with zero conclusion. You can't even get anyone on their hotline! Resolution Sought Refund of single ticket to viable account or even reinstate the ticket

I am sorry you have not received your funds. A change in debit card does not affect receipt of a refund. We issued a refund on July 15, 2021.
