This company bought out the previous company we used for trash service. They are taking payment but not providing the service that is being paid for. Not picking up trash weekly, barely even every two weeks. They will not respond. Resolution Sought They need to stop operations because they are taking our money and not providing the service we pay for and they need to inform customers.

Was a customer of theirs for years. We have now moved and been trying to contact to cancel service for a month and cannot get any return call or cancel service and they keep trying to charge me because they fail to return calls or answer phones. Resolution Sought Cancel my service and not charge me for the 2 billings since I moved since they can't return calls or answer the phone.
