Livingston Park Apartments complaints

This is against Livingston apartment management and property owners that may be under un-assumed name I moved in here approximately was scheduled to move in Nov. 18, 2022, but I did not move in at that time I moved in March 11, 2022. I have been in this property and I paid my bills and my rent with no problems started off and then all of a sudden two or maybe three months around, July or June, the problem started get closer to August got a little worse around Sept & boom Nov. I was hit with a $3,000 rent back pay, as if I never paid rent I will see it with a 2000 light bill it claim I've been here every month for $1,000 I was being charged for illuminating first energy bill, the complex attended like they never received rent, also I've been living in this apt, with no heat the only heat that's been provided is from a gas oven stove by it being a small closed area, that's what keeps the apt heated up, they also have been breaking in & out of my apt going through my personal things & items that started come up missing, also the mail was being stolen, it's just several different things that was going on it was complaining and told to them I also fell outside on their property & get hurt and injured that was reported that incident to their front office no response the next thing I knew I was being in the order to be evicted to move out of the apartment all rental assista Resolution Sought I would like to be able to stay in my apartment and I would like for us to be able to work this out and find out where did the breakdown come in when they claim I never paid when I did why am I being overcharged like $3,000 for a $589 apartment and that I hadn't been here that long yes I would like you all to look into it and I also would like some consideration some way of working with each other or either they have to be sued for the damages when I fell on their property or some type of negot
