He came and looked at the house wrote a report what was wrong with the house not how much money there will be fix it while I needed it for my insurance company and he knew that and I've tried for 2 months and still no still no list of items to be bought or fixed Resolution Sought I would like my money back and I would like somebody to come and inspect the house for the water damage that I asked him to do asked him to do and write-up a report for my insurance company

I' do not feel that he has a complaint he hired me to perform a home inspection which was done and a report was sent that's what he hired me to perform. I suggested that he should contact the contractor that built the house to repairs what was needed since the home was recently built. I recommend a licensed contractor to look at the job to help him since I'm not a licensed contractor in wv. I couldn't give an estimate on his repairs. He is upset because nobody could come due to schedules. I was not also comfortable with what he wanted. He wanted an estimate for more repairs that had nothing to do with the water damage so he could claim it on insurance. I recommended contacting the builder and going through the proper steps not insurance fraud.
