I ordered an engine from LKQ and in our purchase agreement it states that these engines are checked for quality and "in time". The first engine we received was put into my car and damaged and not in time and ended up damaging the turbo on my car as well as the radiator. The second engine they have given us again was not in time and they do not want to pay the labor from their mistake with both engines. Resolution Sought I would like LKQ to pay at least 60 percent of the labor for the first engine having to be removed. I am not looking for them to replace the damaged parts but make right on their contract agreement and pay the labor involved in their mistake.
