I purchased new flooring in 2021 from LL Flooring. I purchased LVP which I was told was water proof, scratch proof and life proof. I had the flooring installed in December of 2021 and have issues with it ever since. I brought a few boxes back to the store as the connections kept breaking and the installer was having a hard time putting the flooring in. I asked the manager that was there if I could exchange the flooring and get a better brand, he in turn told me they are all like that and once the flooring is installed it was not allowed to be returned. Once the flooring was installed it instantly started coming apart from the connection part. I called and was told it was the install. I called the credit card company and disputed the charges due to the quality. I was denied because LL flooring said it within manufactures specs. Resolution Sought Full refund
