I purchased 22 boxes of flooring from Lumber liquidators on 10/12/2024. I went there to pick it up and I was told they oversold the product and couldn't fill my order. I picked out a comparable flooring and was told they weren't able to give it to me and tried to get me to take a much lower quality product. I asked to speak to the regional manager and the store would not provide me with any contact info to resolve the matter. Resolution Sought I would like to get like kind and quality for the items that I paid for that the company contracted with me to provide.
