At the center we provide a range of essential services including activity programming, nursing care, social work support, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. The program is designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals with mental health conditions, to help them avoid unnecessary hospitalization, and promote health, activity, and social engagement to reduce isolation and depression. We provide breakfast, snacks, and lunch daily. All meals are catered by a licensed provider. Our center is licensed by both the California Dept of Health and the Dept of Aging. Meal services are monitored by the Child and Adult Care Food Programs, a federally regulated program ensuring nutrition standards are met. A guest visited the center and no complaints were voiced or communicated to staff during their visit. LMS Health Partners has never tampered with any food or drinks served at the facility. Nonetheless, in accordance with our internal policy, we are conducting a full review to ensure that all staff and food service practices are fully compliant with applicable health and safety regulations. We remain committed to serving safe, nutritious meals and beverages to all participants. The kitchen area will continue to be closely monitored on a regular basis to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and participant well-being.
