Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

I have been paying off my loan for 4 years 369.46 a month automated payments. Company put my account in default as they never debited the last payment of .22 cents. I called to find out why the credit bureau has my in default. They told me to talk with my attorney and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to an supervisor. He told me his system didn't recognize that only 22 cent was left so the defaulted my account. Then he tells me I called them last July and told them not to call them for anything. I only requested a PDF of my bill. Finally when I asked him to look at my payments he said it was closed on 7/31 as they wrote the amount. Don't waist your time using them they will screw up your Credit rating. Resolution Sought Stop screwing up people's Credit and get a system that is automated with payments. Lastly, at least look at what a customer has to say before you tell them they need to speak to an attorney. They can't talk to you and hang up. All for a 22 cent payment they should have debited automatically.
