Purchased home last year and loan depot is my lender, I made 2 extra payments and specifically acknowledge to customer service what they were for, instead of my not paying for 2 months, they deliberately put money to escrow, I again spoke with them on July 22,2022 and was told they would not reverse the money as it had to be done within 60 days of me making the extra payments, why am I getting screwed when they did what they wanted to with my payments, I don't think this is right and shouldn't have to pay mortgage for next 2 months Resolution Sought Want them to reverse what they did and my not have to pay mortgage for 2 months as that's what was supposed to happen in first place while it was there mistakes in first place

I refinanced my house in 2021 with loan depot , loan depot sold the mortgage to Mr. cooper, Mr. cooper took over my mortgage from April 1st , 2022. Liberty Mutual canceled my home insurance policy for non payment since 6/19/2022 . Mr. Cooper sent a payment to Liberty Mutual on 6/28/2022- liberty mutual sent me a refund for $1,372- which is the same amount that Mr.. Cooper sent to liberty mutual - liberty mutual called me today saying that they can not reinstate my policy offering me another policy for almost 3 times the amount of my canceled policy, which I rejected. Loan depot states that they requested the right address to liberty mutual in order to send the payment for one year about March 2022, liberty mutual states that they did not hear from loan depot , haha- Mr.. Cooper states that they took over the mortgage from April 1st 2022 - loan depot requested the right address from liberty mutual , liberty mutual states that they never heard from loan depot . As of 6/19/2022 my house has no insurance , as you can see they have been pushing me around. I told a loan depot manager this afternoon , her name is Lynette , that if something happen to my house due to their game , I would sue everyone of them. Resolution Sought My insurance reinstated, this would do it.
