I am in dispute with Lobel Financial regarding a charge of their insurance coverage. I have made ALL of my monthly car payments of $519.41 on time since 12/2022. Lobel is attempting to charge me $175 for 12/2022 payment with their insurance added on. I had an arrangement with the manager of Lobel to pay the $175 as soon as i could due to i just paid my car payment. Lobel has since repo'd my car the morning that I was on my way to make that payment for 09/2023, this has caused a hardship for me having to miss work and I will have to miss my first day of school also. I have had nothing but problems with with this company. I have all of my proof that I have made my car payments on time, I have walked the payments into their office to make sure it is received on time each month. Also I have to retrieve my car out of impound I know I am charged for Saturday, Sunday, & Monday... not fair I should not have to experience this with paying on time each month on time. Resolution Sought I want Lobel to return my car to me, I will pay my September car payment, I want Lobel to take care of the Impound fees that I am charged. Since I have proof that I have faxed and emailed to Lobel of insurance coverage and I was told that if I provide proof of insurance all of their insurance fees would be removed, December 2022 payment and charge of insurance fee $175 should be removed also.

Company is very dishonest, and the way they are sanctioning and charging customers when it comes to insurance policy. This company denied me a four times to speak to a DM or an RN, or even give me the name to the companies owner anybody higher than them. Company has no practices are policies in place to ensure customers complain is heard, understood and completed. When I asked to see letters of my insurance company canceling my insurance policy, I'll company denied any letter being present, but did charge me $160 5 times in a yr in a half. As speak to a supervisor customer service phone operator is very rude never heard from a supervisor two weeks later I had to call and speak to a supervisor. This is not the first time that this happens and nothing has been done to change their policy and how they deal with these kinds of calls morning Resolution Sought My outcome is that their policies change, and that they are allowed to divulge information to the consumer about who is in charge as well as openly giving the phone number to a supervisor or a DM. I would like clear and concise policies put in place to protect consumers for being overcharged when it comes to insurance. Also, I would like for the company to check policies before they automatically start charging for no insurance and adding the charge to your account and if you don't pay it.
