I was looking for a place to live so I reached out to locators and had paid 185 for there service. The list of homes they gave me was either not for rent or already rented. I have called a couple of time they had mention that I had to wait for day the agreement was up to get my refund. I called a day before the policy was up just for them to tell me to do it online. Which I was having a hard time doing. I've gotten busy looking outside from what they gave me. I just remembered about getting my money back just for them to tell me on the phone that I can't get my money back. I'm a single mother I need my money back. The lady was rude and told me to report them then. Resolution Sought I would like my refund. They gave a false report on places that was available that really wasn't.
