Lock N Smith complaints

Scammed by a company but I got on Google they sent from a call center in Florida a guy named Michael he had no credentials he said he was licensed he said he would give me the amount of the full bill when completed I needed a locksmith he came within an hour in his own personal truck. He put three deadbolts on my doors for me. One does not work he did not drill it out enough on the wood where it would go through to lock. He said he was here 3 hours he was here at the most 1 hour and a half I text him the doors and he brought the locks. He insisted after the job that I paid cash but did not tell me this prior insisted I get it itemized bill and he refused he said no the call center in Miami that I reached him through would email him the bill that he submits to them. He refused to take any type credit card or debit card as he had no machine he said so he requested $1,000 cash I started crying and getting upset but I paid him anyway and then I noticed that he had not put several screws into the knobs only a center one to hold the door knobs on and left a whole bag of them below one of the doors. I asked where he was located he never once said his address I let it too 1779 Kirby parkway Memphis 38138. This company has about four different names I do have the so-called locksmith email is he told me to send him pictures of the locks it is 1bishkeys@gmail.com. His cell is 9012683209. I called him back and told him I was not satisfied with the work one of the locks didn't work . ! Resolution Sought Each time I called Michael after the service was so called performed on August 24th I called him on the 25th and the 26th he said he was not coming out because he gave me a senior discount and even did not charge me tax but that if he came back out he would charge me $380 more because I got a discount. I got no credentials I asked for no business card and he goes by another email address ock24smith@gmail.com. I want them off Google and I was over billed I would like money back and job corrected!
