The worst experience ever. I rented my car April 13th-2025 and returned April 14th 2025. I was told my deposit will be returned 12-15 days which I feel is crazy. I was told they hold the deposit that long just in case we get a ticket or traffic violation. Let's not forget they took a picture of my utility bill and drivers licenses so regardless of a traffic ticket I wouldn't be able to dodge the ticket no way. So I decided to dispute the deposit with my bank. They immediately called me and said since to disputed with your bank it's going to take another 3 weeks. Not to mention my bank has already made their decision. These people are the most unethical and spiteful people I have ever met in my life. To take from people is insane. The way they steal money from their customers is sad. I'm going to say this and leave it alone. If they call me with a bogus lie about why they cannot return my deposit then I will take them to small courts claim. I don't have money to just throw around like that and I have proof from beginning to end how the car looked when I picked it up and when I returned Resolution Sought Return my deposit
