I financed a car Saturday June 19th and received it, I have been occupying a company vehicle and did not drive my new financed vehicle until 6/22/2021. Today is 6/24/2021. Last night 6/23/2021 my clutch blew. Mind you i only drove the car for for 2 days and lost my clutch Coming home from work. Today I contacted the dealership and they told me that my clutch was not covered under the 30 day warranty for my car. This car has under 125,000 miles and isn't even a week old in my possession and does qualify to fall under a used dealer lemon law. Resolution Sought I would either like my money plus back, OR for them to PAY for MY clutch to be fixed at the mechanic of my choosing.

All repairs were completed on Ms. Sherwood's vehicle. Please note clutches are not usually covered under warranty, a clutch can be destroyed in a couple of hour's with incorrect application. We went ahead and covered the cost of this under the warranty. Ms. Sherwood picked up her vehicle on July 10th and appeared to be happy with the outcome.
