Subject: Urgent Complaint - Logix Credit Union - Loan Application #1018791. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Logix Credit Union regarding my personal loan application, reference #1018791 Despite an initial approval, my experience has been marred by communication gaps and inconsistent document requirements. After receiving approval, from Logix credit union by Mr. Sandoval , requested additional documents. Despite my prompt submission, I faced a lack of communication and confirmation of document receipt. After persistent efforts, Mr. Sandoval acknowledged my documents but requested further information, causing additional delays. Despite providing the requested documents, including additional tax information for 2021/2022, the outcome was a denial letter citing a requirement for two years of consistent tax forms for self-employed applicants. The shifting document requirements and lack of transparency in the process have left me deeply dissatisfied. I kindly request your intervention to facilitate a fair investigation into this matter. I believe the inconsistencies and delays in Logix Credit Union's processing of my loan application warrant a comprehensive review. Resolution Sought 1. Clear explanation for denial. 2. Review of document handling. 3. Improved transparency. 4. Consideration of exception. 5. Prevention of similar experiences.
