This is how pathetic this establishment is. CHEAP and tacos are not good. took one bite and it was rubbery and over done. asked for my money back, was told it would be refunded in 3-5 days. it's been 13 days and nothing. Why do I have to threaten to get my money back. Resolution Sought Refund my money

Company states: The customer was refunded $7.18 on the day she was here. It typically takes 3-5 business days for the bank or credit card company to process the refund. I spoke with the customer about 10 days ago, and I offered to give her a $10.00 cash refund in addition to the refund that was already issued on her credit card. She has not picked it up yet.

That is a lie. I have no such refund on my credit card and they cannot prove that with any receipt. I have my bank statement. There is no refund.
